- Final Payment Due: The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days (2 weeks) of project completion, regardless of the client’s launch schedule or review pace.
- Payment Methods: Payment details will be shared upon confirmation of the project. Late payments may be subject to penalties.
3. Project Timeline and Client Responsibility
- We expect timely communication and necessary feedback from the client to ensure smooth progress.
- Unreasonable or Unjustified Delays: If a client unreasonably or repeatedly delays the project, we reserve the right to terminate the project and charge the full project fee or a fair compensation based on the time and effort already dedicated.
- Blinc Webs is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to deliver required materials or approvals.
4. Revisions and Scope
- Minor revisions are generally included as per project agreement.
- Major changes or additional features outside the agreed scope will be considered add-ons and may incur extra charges.
5. Ownership and Rights
- Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
- Until full payment is received, Blinc Webs retains all rights to the work, and the client is not permitted to use it for commercial or public purposes.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation by Blinc Webs due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including website downtime, third-party integrations, or external platforms.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
